Using the Trimble Nomad rugged handheld, TapLogic has created FarmLogic and FarmPAD mobile software, which includes GPS solutions, field maps, lists (crops, harvest, plant, tillage, equipment) and more. TapLogic was one of a dozen solution providers at this year's World Ag Expo in Tulare, Calif.

With FarmPAD, farmers can access records and information anywhere. Powerful and easy to use, TapLogic's Web-based software system makes mobile recordkeeping easy. One of the most important elements of the solution is spray records, which includes a database of more than 90,000 chemicals.

Farmers can store data while working in the field, or they can enter their work through FarmLogic's Web component, providing secure, instant access to farm information when and where they need it. And since FarmLogic is Web-based, the information never disappears.

TapLogic also recently began to offer Trmble rugged handhelds for resell.
